Welcome to Los Virtuality!

These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our VR arcade venue and rental services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Los Virtuality, operated by LA Virtual Play LLC, provides an immersive VR gaming experience at our arcade locations and offers equipment rental for events. Our primary locations are:

2. Age Requirements

You must be at least 7 years old to use our VR equipment.
Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign a waiver.

3. Health and Safety

VR can be intense and may cause motion sickness, dizziness, or other discomforts. If you feel unwell, stop using the equipment immediately and inform our staff.
Do not use VR equipment if under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that may impair your senses or coordination.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without explanation and without refund if deemed necessary for health and safety.

4. Liability

By using our services, you acknowledge that VR technology involves risks. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during your visit.
Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings. Los Virtuality is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury.

5. Equipment Use

Use our VR equipment only as intended and within designated areas.
Do not tamper with or modify the equipment. Any damage will result in charges for repairs or replacement.

6. Behavior

All guests must behave respectfully and responsibly.
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests who do not comply with our rules or display inappropriate behavior.

7. Payment and Refunds

We accept cash and credit card payments.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for unused or partially used VR session time.
For individual bookings, a 100% refund is available if cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled booking.
Private Parties and Team Building events require a minimum of 7 days' notice for cancellation. No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.

8. Rental Service

8.1 Rental Agreement

When renting VR equipment from Los Virtuality, you enter into a rental agreement that outlines the terms and conditions for the use of our equipment. The agreement will specify:

  • Rental Period: The duration for which the equipment is rented, including start and end times.
  • Delivery and Setup: Details regarding the delivery and setup of the equipment at your event location. Los Virtuality will arrange for timely delivery and setup as per the agreed schedule.
  • Pickup: The time and process for picking up the equipment after the rental period ends. Equipment must be made available for pickup at the agreed time to avoid additional charges.
  • Equipment Use: Guidelines on how the equipment should be used, including any restrictions and best practices to ensure proper functioning.
  • Damage and Loss: Responsibilities regarding the condition of the equipment. You will be held accountable for any damage or loss incurred during the rental period. Charges for repair or replacement of damaged or lost items will apply.
  • Operational Support: Provision of technical support during the rental period, if applicable. This includes assistance with setup and troubleshooting issues that may arise with the equipment.

8.2 Booking and Payment

Booking: Reservations for rental services can be made through our event planner. You must provide accurate details about your event, including the location, date, and time.
Payment: A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. The payment terms will be detailed in your rental agreement. All payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

8.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your rental reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made. Specific details will be outlined in your rental agreement.
Cancellation by Los Virtuality: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the rental, we will provide a full refund of any payments made. We will also offer assistance in finding alternative arrangements if possible.

8.4 Responsibilities and Compliance

User Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that all users of the rented equipment adhere to the usage guidelines provided by Los Virtuality.
Legal and Safety Compliance: Ensure that the use of the rented equipment complies with all local laws and safety regulations. Any violations or illegal activities are the sole responsibility of the renter.

8.5 Insurance

Insurance Coverage: Los Virtuality will provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to the venue of the event upon request. This COI is available only for events where Los Virtuality is responsible for setting up, operating, and dismantling the equipment. If the equipment is set up, operated, and dismantled by individuals other than Los Virtuality technicians, the renter is required to ensure their own insurance coverage for the event.

8.6 Liability and Indemnity

Liability: Los Virtuality is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur due to the use of rented equipment. By renting our equipment, you agree to indemnify and hold Los Virtuality harmless from any claims arising out of the use of the equipment. We recommend that you have appropriate insurance coverage for your event to protect against potential risks, including those not covered by our COI.

11. Changes to Terms
