Soccer Fan Zone at a leadership conference

August 2026 · Corporate event

Our soccer simulator with branded side walls and two seated soccer games on the hotel’s outdoor terrace. The terrace couldn’t be covered, so we placed the setup away from direct sun to keep the projected goal easy to see.

Soccer simulator in an inflatable tent

June 2025 · Community event

Our first World Cup viewing party at Redmond Town Center. The soccer simulator ran inside a dark inflatable tent, and a seated VR station was added so kids of all abilities could take part. The center booked us again in 2026.

Golf simulator at a company event

June 2025 · Corporate event

A staffed golf simulator for about 50 guests. Prologis booked about three weeks ahead, in a week when we already had three other events on the same day, and our crew ran the simulator for every guest.

Backyard golf at a graduation party

July 2025 · Graduation party

A staffed golf simulator in an inflatable enclosure, set up outdoors at a home for about 25 guests. The enclosure keeps the screen dark, so the game plays well even on a summer evening.

Seattle logistics

Planning an activation in Seattle

A few things we plan for at Seattle-area events.

Daylight and projectors

Projected games like the soccer and golf simulators are harder to see in daylight. Outdoors we use a dark inflatable enclosure when the venue allows it, or pick a spot out of direct sun.

Insurance paperwork

Seattle-area venues often ask for a certificate of insurance. Some need a specific certificate holder name, staff names for badges or higher umbrella coverage. We send it early.

Internet on site

The soccer simulator needs internet. We bring our own connection, so the game doesn’t depend on venue Wi-Fi.

Load-in and parking

We confirm the dock, parking and arrival time with your on-site contact, so setup starts on time.

Event series

For a run of dates, like a season of watch parties, we plan each load-in and keep the same setup every time.

Staffed from start to finish

Our event techs run the experience, coach players and manage lines, then pack out on the venue’s schedule.

Questions

Seattle event entertainment FAQ

Do you provide event entertainment in Seattle?

Yes. We deliver, set up, staff and run interactive experiences for corporate events, conferences and community events across Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond and the Puget Sound area.

Can the soccer simulator run outdoors?

Yes. Daylight makes the projected goal harder to see, so outdoors we use a dark inflatable tent, like at the 2025 World Cup viewing party at Redmond Town Center. Where a venue doesn’t allow a cover, like the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington terrace, we set it up away from direct sun.

Do you travel outside Seattle?

Yes. We work across the area, including Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Renton, Tacoma and Everett. We also travel to events in all 50 states, so tell us where your event is.

What insurance do Seattle-area venues ask for?

Most ask for a certificate of insurance. Some need a specific certificate holder name, staff names for badges or a higher umbrella limit. Tell us the venue’s requirements and we send what is needed.

What do you need from the venue?

Floor space for the experience and its line, a power connection and, for some experiences, internet access. We send the exact requirements for your order so you can include them in your venue or show orders.

Can the experiences be branded for my booth or event?

Yes. Screens, game graphics, leaderboards, floor banners and equipment wraps can carry your logo and campaign creative. We confirm branding options for each experience in your proposal.
