Outdoor setups
Mild weather means many parties run outdoors. At Gaylord Pacific we ran four surf simulators on the resort lawn, with leaderboard screens behind them.
Show floor move-in
Convention center shows move freight through the official contractor on a set schedule. Send us your exhibitor kit and we plan around it.
Power & internet specs
We send exact footprint, power and internet requirements early, so your electrical and booth orders are right the first time.
Set up the day before
We recommend loading in one day ahead for multi-station or branded setups. Simple setups can load in the same day.

Yes. We regularly work San Diego trade shows, conferences and corporate parties, delivering, setting up, staffing and running interactive experiences at the convention center, bayfront resorts and private venues.
Can you set up surf simulators outdoors in San Diego?
Yes. For two corporate parties at Gaylord Pacific Resort we set up four surf simulators on an outdoor lawn with live leaderboard screens. Outdoor setups need a flat surface, power and shade or cover for the screens.
Do you work in Coronado, Carlsbad and Chula Vista?
Yes. We work across the San Diego area, including Coronado, Chula Vista, Carlsbad, La Jolla and Del Mar.
What are good trade show booth ideas at the San Diego Convention Center?
Give visitors something to do. Surf and racing simulators, reaction games and branded challenges pull people off the aisle and keep them in your booth longer. At LPL Focus 2026, two side-by-side surf simulators kept the New York Life Investments booth busy.
What do you need from the venue?
Floor space for the experience and its line, a power connection and, for some experiences, internet access. We send the exact requirements for your order so you can include them in your venue or show orders.
Can the experiences be branded for my booth or event?
Yes. Screens, game graphics, leaderboards, floor banners and equipment wraps can carry your logo and campaign creative. We confirm branding options for each experience in your proposal.
