For two corporate parties at Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center on San Diego Bay, we set up four surf simulators side by side on an outdoor lawn, each with a live leaderboard screen.

The activation
How it worked
Four surf simulators ran in a row on the resort lawn, with leaderboard screens behind them so guests could see who stayed on the board longest. The outdoor setup turned the lawn into the center of the party.
What we delivered
- Delivered and installed four surf simulators outdoors on the resort lawn
- Set up live leaderboard screens for a running competition
- Staffed all four boards for the party and handled teardown
Why it worked
Four boards side by side mean more guests play at once and the line stays short, while the leaderboards turn the evening into a friendly competition.
