Las Vegas logistics
Planning an activation in Las Vegas
Las Vegas venues run on tight schedules and strict rules. Here’s how we handle them, so you don’t have to.
Loading dock windows
Strip resorts assign dock times and badge vendors at security. We book our load-in and load-out slots with the venue ahead of time.
Show floor move-in
Convention center shows move freight through the show’s official contractor on a set schedule. Send us your exhibitor kit and we plan around it.
Power & internet specs
We send exact footprint, power and internet requirements early, so your electrical and booth orders are right the first time.
Set up the day before
We recommend loading in one day ahead. Same-day setup works for simple setups: at the MGM Grand we loaded in at 8 am for a 10 am start.
We know Las Vegas venues
We work Las Vegas resorts and convention centers regularly, so our crew already knows the docks, schedules and venue rules.
Staffed from start to finish
Our brand ambassadors run the experience, coach players and manage lines, then pack out on the venue’s schedule.

Las Vegas event entertainment FAQ
Do you provide corporate event and trade show entertainment in Las Vegas?
Yes. We regularly work Las Vegas trade shows, conventions and corporate events, delivering, setting up, staffing and running interactive experiences at Strip resorts, convention centers and private venues across the valley.
What are good trade show booth ideas for a Las Vegas convention?
Give visitors something to do. Racing and surf simulators, reaction games and branded challenges pull people off busy convention aisles, keep them in your booth longer and give your team time to start conversations. A live leaderboard brings players back during the show.
Can you work inside convention centers with official show contractors?
Yes. Large shows move freight through the show’s official contractor on a set move-in schedule. Share your exhibitor kit and booth details, and we plan delivery, setup and power around the show’s rules.
How early do you need to load in at a Las Vegas hotel?
We recommend setting up one day before your event, especially for multiple stations or branded setups. Same-day load-in works for simple setups: at the MGM Grand we loaded in at 8 am for a 10 am start, and at the Bellagio at 4 pm for a 6:30 pm reception. Final timing depends on the venue’s dock schedule.
What do you need from the venue?
Floor space for the experience and its line, a power connection and, for some experiences, internet access. We send the exact requirements for your order so you can include them in your venue or show orders.
Can the experiences be branded for my booth or event?
Yes. Screens, game graphics, leaderboards, floor banners and equipment wraps can carry your logo and campaign creative. We confirm branding options for each experience in your proposal.
How far ahead should I book for a Las Vegas show?
As early as you can, especially for peak convention weeks when crews and equipment book up. Send your date and venue and we’ll confirm availability.
