ILTA Annual Conference · George R. Brown Convention Center
Sponsor-branded soccer simulator
June 2026 · Trade show
A sponsor of the ILTA Annual Conference & Trade Show booked our soccer simulator for the show floor. We added 8×5 ft side wall graphics and put the sponsor’s logo inside the game, so the brand was in every shot.

The Friedkin Group · Houston campus
Beat the ambassador soccer challenge
July 2025 · Corporate event
Our soccer simulator came to The Friedkin Group’s Houston campus for an Everton FC event. Guests took shots against the on-screen goalie for a chance to beat the ambassador and win a signed Everton jersey. The event was booked about two weeks ahead, and everything was ready on time.

P2 Energy Services · The Woodlands
VR tournament at a holiday party
December 2025 · Holiday party
VR stations with multiplayer VR laser tag and sports games. Every station had a TV, so the room could watch, and a high-score tournament on the screens added some friendly competition.

Houston logistics
Planning an activation in Houston
Houston events range from huge show floors to office lobbies. Here’s how we plan for both.
Show contractor rules
At George R. Brown we plan freight, setup and booth graphics with your show contractor and floor manager ahead of time.
Branding takes time
Side wall graphics and in-game logos need artwork early. Our ILTA sponsor booked months ahead, which gave plenty of time for printing.
Short notice is possible
We set up for The Friedkin Group with about two weeks’ notice. Ask us even if your date is close.
Lighting check
Projector-based games like the soccer simulator look best in softer light. We help you pick the right spot in the room.
Big screens for the crowd
We add TVs to VR stations so people waiting can watch the game and cheer, which keeps the line fun.
Staffed from start to finish
Our event techs run the experience, coach players and manage lines, then pack out on the venue’s schedule.

Questions
Houston event entertainment FAQ
Do you provide event entertainment in Houston?
Yes. We deliver, set up, staff and run interactive experiences for Houston trade shows, corporate events and holiday parties, including George R. Brown Convention Center, hotels and company campuses.
Have you worked at George R. Brown Convention Center?
Yes. In June 2026 a sponsor of the ILTA Annual Conference & Trade Show booked our soccer simulator, with 8×5 ft side wall graphics and their logo inside the game.
Do you travel outside Houston?
Yes. We work across the area, including The Woodlands, Katy, Sugar Land, Spring and the Energy Corridor. We also travel to events in all 50 states, so tell us where your event is.
What are good holiday party ideas for a Houston company?
Games that groups can play together. VR laser tag and VR sports with screens for the crowd, plus a high-score tournament, worked well at a holiday party in The Woodlands.
What do you need from the venue?
Floor space for the experience and its line, a power connection and, for some experiences, internet access. We send the exact requirements for your order so you can include them in your venue or show orders.
Can the experiences be branded for my booth or event?
Yes. Screens, game graphics, leaderboards, floor banners and equipment wraps can carry your logo and campaign creative. We confirm branding options for each experience in your proposal.
