Deloitte sport simulator and AI photo booth at the Venetian Expo, Las Vegas
At a Deloitte leadership meeting at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, we ran a Deloitte branded sport simulator with basketball and soccer games, plus an AI photo booth robot that roamed the floor and turned guests into sports stars.

The activation
How it worked
The sport simulator carried Deloitte branding on the frame and inside the game, and guests could switch between a basketball shootout and soccer. The AI photo booth robot moved through the networking area with three themes the client picked: basketball, soccer and F1-inspired racing. At the client’s request, the AI kept faces realistic instead of cartoon-style.
What we delivered
- Delivered the equipment to the Venetian Expo, where the show’s teamsters moved it to the booth space
- Set up the sport simulator with frame branding and in-game Deloitte branding
- Configured the AI photo booth with basketball, soccer and F1-inspired racing themes
- Staffed both experiences for the event and packed up at load-out
Why it worked
Two different experiences reached two kinds of guests: the simulator gave people a quick, competitive game, while the roaming photo booth came to guests who were busy networking and gave them a photo to keep.
