What to plan for outdoors
Outdoor events need a little extra planning. These details help us set up a smooth activation.
- Cover: most electronic experiences need a tent or shade structure, especially in rain or strong sun
- Power: tell us if power comes from the venue or a generator and we will confirm the requirements
- Ground: a flat, level surface for each experience
- Crowd flow: space for a line and spectators so the activation does not block walkways

A flat space for each experience and its line, a power source (venue power or a generator), cover from sun and rain, and load-in times. We send exact requirements with your quote.
